PURPOSE:To simplify and make low cost a wiring system for lighting many fluorescent lamps. CONSTITUTION:A common inverter 1 is provided for many lamps 3.1-3.N, and a low-voltage A.C. power of 24V or below is obtained with the invertor 1. The low-voltage A.C. power is supplied to each of step-up transformers 2.1-2.N corresponding to each of the lamps 3.1-3.N with a common wiring line. Power for driving corresponding lamps is generated respectively with these step-up transformers. Making the voltage of the common wiring line 24V or below causes nonlimitation for a standard such as an insulating distance, easy interior wiring, and also miniaturizing the step-up transformer to be integrated in a lamp socket. |
