PURPOSE:To decrease deformation in the Newton interference fringes of a reflecting plane against changes in temp. and humidity. CONSTITUTION:A dach-shaped synthetic resin substrate 1 consists of an amorphous polyolefin resin. The surface of the synthetic resin substrate 1 is coated with an adhesive SiO layer 2, reflecting Al layer 3 and protective SiO2 layer 4, successively formed by vacuum vapor deposition. The amorphous polyolefin resin has smaller shrinkage during forming, comparing with an acrylic resin or polycarbonate resin and has excellent heat resistance and small water absorption. Thereby, deformation of Newton interference fringes due to changes in temp. or humidity can be decreased, which gives large freedom for the design of optics. |
