A circuit records information onto the recordable compact disc with constant linear velocity by increasing the period of reference signal using internal reference clock frequency. It comprises a microprocessor (100) for generating reference signal of which period is increased according to time flow by counting certain numbers of internal reference clock frequency, a revolution detector (30) for sensing the revolution clock of a driving motor (25), a phase comparator (10) for comparing and detecting the phase difference of the outputs of the microprocessor (100) and the driving motor (25), and a motor driver (20).
