PURPOSE:To obtain a new lipase gene useful for feeding a large amount of a lipase according to a genetic engineering method. CONSTITUTION:A lipase gene capable of coding an amino acid sequence expressed by formula I or II. A genomic DNA may be extracted from microbial cells of Rhizopus delemar AJ6045 and the aforementioned gene can also be prepared by reverse transcription of an mRNA. |
