PURPOSE:To provide the fluid equipment which is constituted of the combination of block bodies and does not require the position precision, and requires a small number of parts, and has the connection mechanism for the electric wiring in which the number of wirings and electric capacity can be varied. CONSTITUTION:The connection of the electric wiring of block bodies 30 and 32 is carried out by interposing a connecting member 56 for electric wiring which is formed by alternately laminating an electric conductive elastic body and an electric nonconductive elastic body between the base plates 38 and 40 of the block bodies 30 and 32. |
