A prefabricatable staircase is described, having two concrete stringers (10, 11) or, alternatively, one such stringer (10, 11) and a supporting post. Between the stringers (10, 11) or between the stringer and the supporting post extend treads (12) which are connected to the stringer (10, 11) by means of pins protruding from the ends of the treads and preferably formed of the opposite ends of rods extending through the entire tread. The pins extend either fully through the stringers to receive, on a projecting portion on the outside of the stringers, clamping means for clamping the staircase together, or only partly through the stringers. In the holes (13, 14) formed in the stringers and adapted to receive the pins, the pins are surrounded by a dampening material. A form structure for the manufacture of stringers (10, 11) and treads (12) is also described. The stringer form comprises an adjustable end member, thereby making it possible to produce stringers of different lengths, and adjustable punched templates fitted with form pins, such that holes for receiving tread pins can be formed in the desired positions. The tread form comprises two parts which are joined by means of clamps which also constitute holders for the pins (15, 16) of the treads. |
