PURPOSE:To manufacture fluoroplastic laminated sheet, which has excellent dimensional characteristics and, at the same time, a little surface roughness and surface waviness, without developing crack therein. CONSTITUTION:In the manufacturing method of fluoroplastic laminated sheet produced by pinching laminated structure, which is prepared by piling up the predetermined number of fluoroplastic-impregnated prepreg sheets on base material and by arranging metal foil on one or both sides of the resultant laminate, between mold plates under heat and pressure, at the thermal pressurizing of the laminated structure pinched between the mold plates, the pressurization of 10-60kgf/cm<2> is started at the latest within the period of time ranging from the arrival or excess of the temperature of the laminated structure at the melting point of fluoroplastic to the starting of the mold plates and continued to the demolding of the fluoroplastic laminated sheet. |
