A shoe for a foundation pile. A shoe made up of two polygonal plates are fixed one on top of the other and arranged with their points evenly spaced apart is disclosed. The shoe points are on a circle having a diameter greater than or equal to that of the pile. A centre hole is provided in the lower plate for the optional addition of a rock point. 3754b/11
