PURPOSE:To connect connectors only by nearly positioning them, easily perform the connection/disconnection of the connectors by remote control within a short time without requiring hands and thus solve the exposure by grasping a movable part side housing by a remote control equipment to carry it onto a fixed part side connector, positioning a positioning key with a groove, lowering the movable part side housing, thereby fitting both the housings to each other, then lowering an operation ring to close a jack contact, and pressing and fixing the jack contact onto a fixed part side plug contact. CONSTITUTION:A jack contact 13 on the top end of the contact pin 12 of a movable part side connector 11 is held in the opened state by an elastic member 15, and closed by lowering an operation ring 23 on the outside of a housing 18. The contact pin 29 of a fixed part side connector 24 is held to a housing 27 by an elastic insulating support body 28. |
