<p>PURPOSE:To simplify and make automatic respective processes of cementing adherends by cementing the adherends in two stages consisting of temporary fixing by means of an adhesive layer and proper fixing by means of heat curing of the adhesive layer. CONSTITUTION:A curable resin composition containing an active energy ray curable resin component and a thermosetting resin component is applied to one or both of adhesive faces of adherends to be cemented each other. Active energy rays such as ultraviolet rays or electron radiations are emitted to a coated layer to form an adhesive layer. Then adherends are stuck together through the adhesive layer, and the adhesive layer is heated and cured to fix the adherends each other. As the adhesive layer is formed simply by emitting the active energy rays such as ultraviolet rays or electron radiations to the coated layer of the curable resin composition, the adherends to be cemented each other can be temporarily fixed instantly and further the adherends can be fixed firmly each other by heating and curing the adhesive layer. The improvement of productivity, shortening of line tact and cost reduction can be realized by said arrangement.</p> |
