<p>PURPOSE:To obtain synthetic leather having excellent weather resistance, low- temperature handle and hydrolysis resistance by successively laminating a polyurethane adhesive layer and a coating film layer composed of an amorphous polycarbonate-based polyurethane to the surface of substrate. CONSTITUTION:A polyurethane adhesive layer which comprises a polyether-based two pack type polyurethane having 5-100kg/cm<2> modulus at 100% and a polycarbonate-based two pack type polyurethane and has 100-200mum thickness and a coating film layer which is composed of an amorphous polycarbonate- based polyurethane having 20-200kg/cm<2> modulus at 100% and has 20-100mum thickness are successively laminated to the surface of a substrate. The outside of the coating film layer of the synthetic leather is provided with an ultra-thin film layer which has 200-600kg/cm<2> modulus at 100%, a yield value and 1-10mum thickness to give synthetic leather having a great number of wrinkle residues by rubbing and the surface extremely similar to that of natural leather.</p> |
