PURPOSE:To obtain the microwave filter of a small size with high performance and high mass-productivity by bonding a dielectric resonator and plural dielectric chips. CONSTITUTION:A dielectric resonator which is provided with a microwave filter and is formed by forming plural center conductors (17-1)-(17-4) almost in parallel with each other in a dielectric body 1 is formed by bonding plural dielectric plates (1-1)-(1-3) whose surface is formed with an electrode forming part of the center conductors (17-1)-(17-4). Thus, when the dielectric piece is formed to be a shape easily manufactured, the limit in the press processing in the case of the manufacture is relaxed and the forming of the center conductors (17-1)-(17-4) of the dielectric resonator and the uniform adhesion of the conductive electrode are facilitated. Furthermore, a prescribed Qu being the important factor of miniaturization and high performance is sufficiently ensured. Furthermore, the microwave filter of a small size with high performance and high mass-productivity is realized. |
