The invention relates to a process for the manufacture of textile reinforcements. The adhesive of the invention comprises a filler consisting of inert particles 1 which limit the penetration of the adhesive 3 into the fabrics. The process of manufacture of textile reinforcements of the invention uses this adhesive. It preferably comprises a transfer stage and can be operated without heating the substrate. The invention also relates to the products obtained.
