<p>PURPOSE: To obtain a piston gas pump having large pressure ratio without leakage by arranging a sleeve with a valve, capable of undergoing multiple relative movements, and pressing out fluid by means of the relative movement. CONSTITUTION: A rotor of a motor is integrally formed with a sleeve piston 112. A guide ring 1111 constitutes a guide groove 1110 of a power transmission mechanism on the upper part of a stator 118. A guide wheel 119 attached to the rotor rotates in the guide groove 1110. When the rotor is rotated, the guide wheel 119 moves along the groove 1110 and moves reciprocally axially while the sleeve piston 112 is rotated. As the number of stages may be increased over two times, it is possible to obtain a large pressure ratio with a small volume. As there is no through portion on a drive shaft, a pump without leakage can be obtained by connecting a chamber A in the rear of the piston with a suction pipe.</p> |
