PURPOSE:To simplify movement of a partitioned section and prevent contamination of water, by a method wherein fly ash is processed to produce slurry, the slurry is placed near a sea bottom, and a produced suspending material is contained and collected in a given section integrally formed to take it out to a water surface. CONSTITUTION:A float 11 is floated on a water surface 12 of sea, lake, etc., and 2 through-holes 13 and 14 are formed in about the central part of the float 11. In order to place slurry S1 in water, the suspension length of a fence 18 suspended from the float 11 is regulated, and a submerged pump 21 is driven to feed water in a conveyance pipe 16. The slurry S1 is placed on a water bottom 15 for sedimentation, and a part of a produced suspending material is sucked-in with the aid of the submerged pump 21 to mix it in the slurry S1. This causes the suspending material to be contained and collected in the fence attached integrally to the float, enables prevention of contamination of water, and enables easy change of a position allowing the slurry to be placed. |
