<p>For the injection of objects such as transporters (6) into a supple part of the body such as an ear flap (16), said supple part of the body is shaped and positioned by means of guide means (10,11,12,13) of the injector (1) in such a way that the object can enter the tissue of the supple part of the body at an accurately determined angle and in an accurately determined position.
