<p>PURPOSE:To record information under perfect synchronization by stopping automatically one device even when abnormality takes place in another device among equal to or more than two information recording and reproducing devices and starting it up again automatically. CONSTITUTION:The number and operation kind, etc., of an information recording and reproducing device to be started up are instructed by an input/ instructing means 1. A control command signal for instructing operating contents desired to be performed by the recording and reproducing device is generated by a 1st command signal generating means 2 based on information obtained from the means 1. Operation of the recording and reproducing devices is controlled by a control means 3 based on the 1st and undermentioned 2nd command signals. A stop response is informed by a stop response signal informing means 4 to stop another recording and reproducing device when abnormality happens to one recording and reproducing device. Completion of the operation of the recording and reproducing device by the 1st command signal is informed by a response informing means 5. After informing the response to the 2nd command signal, start-up commencing time for the recording and reproducing device is instructed by a 2nd command signal generating means 6.</p> |
