FIELD: oil and gas industry.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to oil industry and can be used for repair of oil-gas equipment and storage of oil products in order to eliminate and prevent formation of hydrate-paraffin and asphaltene-resin deposits and plugs. Method comprises pre-heating deposit solvent in a closed volume, located outside treated reservoir, turning it in a saturated steam, which is isobaric-fed into treated equipment. Solvent vapour is throttled to form a continuously pulsating bubble of stable cavitation of solvent vapour, which is used to treat oil products with latent heat of condensation of solvent and impact mechanical action of stable cavitation to liquefy deposits and heating oil products, which with excess pressure or by gravity are removed from treated equipment. Device includes a heating element in form of a conical nozzle with a disc flange, fixed with an annular gap on similar flange of throttling branch of supplying pipeline, outer end of which by means of heat-insulated hose is connected to a generator of saturated solvent vapour.EFFECT: higher efficiency and safety of treating equipment.5 cl, 2 dwg |
