FIELD: manufacturing technology.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of cumulative coatings, which can be used in perforation equipment for performing of perforating-explosive operations in oil production or shells or missiles warheads. Method involves making workpiece of cumulative coating shell part and fine turning of produced part fixed in lathe. Cumulative coating shell part workpiece is made by metal on crystallizer directed freezing-out, wherein crystallizer mold is made with outer surface shape, matching with cumulative coating inner surface shape. Molten metal is poured into matrix mold, crystallizer mold is immersed into melt and performing hollow shell workpiece build-up from molten metal onto cooled crystallizer-mold with simultaneous pressing. Holding crystallizer-mold in melt during time, sufficient for columnar crystals formation on it perpendicular to crystallizer-mold outer surface at given wall thickness with due allowance for machining. Mold forming internal outline is water-cooled crystallizer, and female die forming external coating outline is heated mold, which temperature is maintained by at least 5-10 degrees above melting curve. Mold with workpiece of cumulative coating shell part is removed from melt, cumulative coating workpiece is removed from crystallizer-mold and cooled down, for example, in air or in water, allowance from cumulative coating outer surface is removed. Cumulative coating material used is generally copper or copper-based alloys, aluminium or aluminium-based alloys, iron or iron-based alloys. Previously on crystallizer surface layer of electrolytic copper with thickness of 200-300 mcm is build-up by cathodic electrodeposition.EFFECT: invention increases charge piercing capacity and of penetration results stability.3 cl, 2 dwg, 1 tbl |
