<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the demand of an electric heater incinerating and processing exhaust particulates and so on, by ascending the temperature of the exhaust gas from an engine with throttling an exhaust throttle valve on the reactivation of a filter, and reducing the exhaust gas flowed into the filter. CONSTITUTION:When a Diesel engine 1 is started, an electronic controller 11 detects the real numbers of the revolutions of the engine, load and the pressure in an exhaust passage, by the revolutional number sensor 13 of the engine, a load sensor 14 and an exhaust pressure sensor 9. In a case that the pressure in the exhaust passage is lower than a prescribed value, an exhaust throttle valve 6 is opened, a bypass valve 10 is closed, and all exhaust gas is passed into a filter 3 with current for an electric heater 5 still being off. On the other hand, in a case that the pressure in the exhaust passage becomes higher than the prescribed value, the exhaust throttle valve 6 is closed so that the exhaust gas flowed into the filter 3 is reduced. And the current for the electric heater 5 is started to conduct, so that the exhaust particulates scavenged by the filter 3 is after burned to be incinerated and processed.</p> |
