摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To always accurately measure a flow rate with proper sensitivity without being affected by the environmental condition of a detection part, by providing a metal base block and a thermo-module. CONSTITUTION:When a fluid 2 flows in a tube 3 from the upstream side 3a thereof to flow therethrough, the fluid 2 is heat-exchanged with the metal base block 1 having the tube 2 embedded therein at the part of the support part 1a of said block 1. The temp. of the fluid 2 becomes stable at the same temp. as the block 1 and the fluid flows down toward the downstream part provided with a thermo-module 4 of said tube 3. A predetermined power is supplied to a heat self-generating resistor 5 from a constant voltage power source 6 in order to detect the flow rate of the fluid 2 to generate heat in the resistor 5 and a predetermined quantity of heat is introduced into the tube 3. A linearizing circuit 10 linearizes the output 8a of a subtractor to output the output 10a of the linearizing circuit 10 proportional to the flow rate of the fluid 2 in the tube 3 and a real flow rate can be always detected.</p>
