PURPOSE:To obtain a lubricating and coating composition reducing wear of coating film, not extremely increasing a coefficient of friction, not greatly enlarging wear of an opponent part even if the opponent part is made of a soft metal such as aluminum. CONSTITUTION:A lubricating and coating composition comprising a polyamide- imide resin or a polyimide resin, 30-100 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the resin of at least one of molybdenum disulfide, graphite and tetrafluoroethylene resin and 2-15 pts wt.% graphite whiskers.
