PURPOSE:To make the motion of the spectroscope intuitionally seen. CONSTITUTION:An analyzing crystal position calculation circuit 15 calculates the position of an analyzing crystal 6 from the distance between a specimen 5 and the analyzing crystal 6. An X-ray detector position calculation circuit 17 calculates the X-ray spectral angle from the radius of a Rowland circle and the distance between the specimen 5 and the analyzing crystal 6, and the position of the X-ray detector is calculated from the mentioned spectral angle and the distance between the analyzing crystal 6 and the X-ray detector 7. The X-ray spectral position calculation circuit 17 calculates the characteristic X-ray wavelength from the distance between the sample 5 and the analyzing crystal 6, the radius of the Rowland circle and the spacing of the analyzing crystal. A spectral range decision circuit 19 makes a decision of whether or not the spectral position falls outside a spectral range, from the distance between the sample 5 and the analyzing crystal 6. An analyzing crystal display circuit 20, X-ray detector display circuit 21, X-ray name display circuit 22, and decision display circuit 23 send their display information to a second display device 25, whereby respective now positions of the sample, analyzing crystal, and X-ray detector, the characteristic X-ray name, and decision result on the spectral range are displayed on the picture screen of the display device. |
