PURPOSE: To provide a knit fabric panel having a stable hem for facilitating the sewing of the fabric panel to another fabric in a three-dimensional(3D) body structure with filling. CONSTITUTION: Concerning the 3D body structure with filling in which there is an upholstery fabric 7 stretched over a 3D core 4, that fabric 7 is formed by knitting, a sewn seam 10 is incorporated between the knit fabric 7 and another fabric 9, and the knit fabric is provided with stable sewing zones 8, which are less elastic than the majority of the remaining portions of the knit fabric to assist the sewing of the knit fabric 7 to the other fabric 9. |
