APPARATUS FOR MEASURING CONCENTRATION OF REAGENT

PURPOSE: To obtain an apparatus for measuring the concentration of reagent capable of rapidly charging buffer solution in a reaction chamber with reproducibility and maintaining the concentration of the solution as uniform as possible until the measurement or during individual measurements. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for measuring concentration of reagent comprises a sample chamber 6 disposed in a case 1, and a unit 4 for measuring pH value in a reaction chamber 8 isolated from a sample chamber 7 via a ion impermeable and gas permeable thin membrane 9. The chamber 8 is coupled to a container 11 capable of filling buffer solution via an ion permeable channel 7 out of the unit 4 for measuring the pH to facilitate the filling of the solution in the chamber 8.
