PURPOSE:To obtain a twin-screw kneading extruder kneading a powdery filler with low bulk specific density with a thermoplastic resin to knead the resulting kneaded mixture by forming a heating compression part between the kneading part on the side of the feed part of a screw and the feed part at one or more place. CONSTITUTION:A powdery filler and a resin material are simultaneously supplied from the feed part 2 of a barrel 1 and two screws 4 are rotated in the same direction. Whereupon, the supplied materials are sent to a first heating compression part 7 by a first feed screw part 15 and further sent to a second heating compression part 8 through a second feed screw part 16. The filler and the resin material are heated by the heat from heaters and the heat due to the shearing force of the screws 4 before they are plasticized and heated by the heating compression parts 7, 8 and stepwise compressed. By this constitution, air or adsorbed volatile matter involved at the time of the supply of the materials from the feed part 2 is separated from the materials. |
