<p>PURPOSE:To provide a current control function and a register reset function through a current control line only without external provision of a circuit for register reset control at the outside of the flip-flop with respect to the flip-flop circuit realizing both the current control function and the register reset function through a common signal line. CONSTITUTION:Since the circuit is devised to have configuration such that constant current sources Ja, Jb are added to the circuit and a reset purpose constant current is always supplied to load resistors R1, R3 in the inside of the flip-flop, it is not required to provide a control circuit for register reset at the outside of the flip-flop and both the current control function and the register reset function are realized by using the current control line only.</p> |
