RESIN EXTRUSION METHOD AND ITS DEVICE

PURPOSE:To extrude the given quantity of molten resin and then prevent the excessive outflow of molten resin from a nozzle. CONSTITUTION:An accumulator 10 for metering and storing molten resin 1 is connected in the middle of a resin extrusion tube 8. A cutter 16 used combinedly as a cutter is installed movably in and out at the lower end of a nozzle 2, and a continuous resin path 15 is formed all the way from the resin extrusion tube 8 to the nozzle 2. The in and out movement of the cutter 16 is interlocked with the feeding-in of molten resin and extrusion thereof by the accumulator 10. The cutter 16 is inserted into the nozzle 2 after the molten resin 1 is extruded and used as a shutter.
