<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a sensor from being bent or broken when the sensor is mounted again by fixing a cover by means of an adhesive or the like after screwing a module main body and a body thereby to make it difficult to detach the module from the body. CONSTITUTION:A body is connected with a module incorporating a driving circuit by means of a screw 13. A housing 7 as an outer wall and a substrate 9 as a main body of the driving circuit are mounted and fixedly bonded on an aluminum base 6, thereby constituting the module. A groove 19 is formed at the upper side of the housing 7 to fit a cover 8. The cover 8 is connected and fixed when an adhesive 14 is applied to the groove 19. The housing 7 and aluminum base 6 constituting the module are secured to the body 1 by the screw 13. Since the cover 8 is fixed by the adhesive after the mounting screw 13 is fitted, the mounting screw 13 is covered with tone cover 8 after the cover 8 is fixed, and therefore, it is difficult to release or detach the screw easily. Thus, the breakage of a sensor part at the detaching time is prevented.</p> |
