PURPOSE:To make the switching and the switching-back available without a voltage drop by conducting switching and switching-back using a low-pressure uninterruptive switching device of a transformer. CONSTITUTION:When switching from a B bank Trb to an A bank Tra by a switching device S, the output voltage of an inverter 5 is converted to the same voltage and the same potential as the voltage of the B bank Trb and then, a first switch 7 is closed and a second switch 9 is opened in a moment and current is caused to flow from the A bank Tra to the load of the B bank Trb. When switching from the A bank Tra to the B bank Trb, the output voltage of the inverter 5 is converted to the same voltage and the same potential as the voltage of the B bank Trb and then the second switch 9 is closed an the first switch 7 is opened in a moment and current is caused to flow from the B bank Trb to the load of the A bank Tra. By this method, switching and switching-back can be conducted without a voltage drop. |
