<p>PURPOSE:To make the title transformer small-sized by a method wherein a primary conductor is formed of a thin-sheet rectangular conductive member. CONSTITUTION:A transformer 1 is provided with the following: a bobbin 2 in which a tube part 2a has been formed in the center and which is composed of a resin member; a core 3 which is arranged on the inner circumferential side of the tube part 2a; a secondary conductor 4, on the high-voltage side, which is arranged on the outer circumferential side of the tube part 2a; and a primary conductor 5, on the low-voltage side, which is arranged on the outer circumferential side of the secondary conductor 4. The primary conductor is constituted of a rectangular sheet 5 whose thickness is thin. As the secondary conductor 4, a wireshaped conductive member 4a is wound to be a coil shape by a plurality of turns and, in addition, is wound continuously in many layers. At the bobbin 2, extension parts 2a, 2b are integrally formed respectively in the axial direction; the extension part 2a on one side holds three external terminals 7, and the extension part 2b on the other side holds one external terminal 8. Thereby, a large electric current can be made to flow to the primary conductor, and the thickness of the primary conductor can be made thin. As a result, the title transformer can be made small-sized.</p> |
