PURPOSE:To provide a centralized network monitoring system capable of easily regenerating the state necessary for monitoring at a high speed by allowing a monitoring device to efficiently collect the states of all monitored devices. CONSTITUTION:An image graphic for lighting up the states of packages in each plural packages constituting each monitored device 101 is displayed on a display means 106 in the monitoring device 100, the state of the monitored device 101 is displayed on the display image by lighting based upon state information transmitted from the device 101 and detailed information included in the state information is displayed on another screen of the means 106, so that the detailed state of the device 101 can also be monitored.
