<p>PURPOSE:To improve work efficiency at the time of patrol and check and reduce the handling time of a patrolman by using a portable terminal by means of the patrolman at a job site so as to execute the transmission and reception of data by means of radio. CONSTITUTION:The radio-type portable terminal 3 brought by the patrolman at the time of the patrol and check of the job site is provided with an input device 32, a display device 33 and a transmitting device 31. On the other hand, a computer 2 for supporting patrol and check arranged in a control room is provided with the transmitting device 28, a diagnostic means 26 and a storage part storing knowledge base 22, monitoring data 21, a care guidance data 23 and additional patrol and check item data 24. By this constitution, the patrol and check item is recognized in the display device 33 provided in the portable terminal 3 at the job site and patrol and check result for it is inputted from the input device of the job site. The diagnostic result of an equipment by an expert system can also be recognized in the display device of the job site the additional patrol item is transmitted when more patrol is needed by diagnostic result so as to recognize it at the job site.</p> |
