<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the control output to the plant equipments with a plant operation automating device which can be generally applied to the plants that are operated on each operating program by correcting the conditions related to the operating procedure in an operation mode, the timing, the operating equipment, etc. CONSTITUTION:The rule groups 20, 21 and 22 for production of the operating programs are provided together with a knowledge base 30, the rule groups 23, 24 and 25 for control for operation progresses, a knowledge base 31, the rule groups 26 and 27 for the operating control, a knowledge base 32, the plant data 33, and an inference control part 10 which processes these rule groups and knowledge bases. Furthermore a conversation display control part 2 is added to perform the conversation input to an operator together with a conversation display part 3, an input device 5 which inputs the state of a plant 6, and an output device 4 which performs the control output to each plant equipment based on the processing result of the part 10. In such a constitution, the consistent automation is attained for the plant operations including the production of the operating programs, the control of operation progresses, and the automated control of operations. Then the labor saving and the rationalization of operations are attained together with prevention of the misoperations.</p> |
