The structure concerns the dual structure of the signal relay system performing the message transmitting function in the No. 7 common line signal network which is recommended by the CCITT. The structure comprises the first and second parallel bus connectors (900a,b) connecting the dualised parallel buses, the first, second and third dual port RAMs (910a,b,c) communicating to the outer units, a first processor (920a) processing the protocol of the level 3 unit, a second processor (920b) processing the protocol of the level 3-3 network, a third dual port RAM (910c), a network control chip (930) processing the lower protocol, and a network connector (940) connecting to the outer network.
