<p>PURPOSE:To securely position and stop an unmanned carrier to a pallet by providing the pallet with a reflecting plate array arranged in specified form. CONSTITUTION:The pallet is provided with the reflecting plate array 7 and the reflecting plate array 8. The reflecting plate arrays 7, 8 are constituted so that a large number of reflecting plates 6 are arranged horizontally leaving spaces equal to plate width, and the reflecting plate arrays 7 and 8 are alternated with each other by 1/2 pitch of the plate width. The position of the unmanned carrier can be detected by counting a received light pulse train 9 obtained by receiving light reflected on the reflecting plate array 7 and a received light pulse train 10 obtained by receiving the light reflected on the reflecting plate array 8, and the unmanned carrier is stopped at a target position while controlling speed.</p> |
