The multi-layered liquid crystal display (LCD) comprising a first glass as a top substrate, a second glass as a middle substrate and a third glass as a bottom substrate is mfd. by (a) coating each ITO layer on the top and the bottom surface of the second glass to form respective photoresist layers, light-exposing the top and the bottom surface of the photoresist layer, and then etching it to form an ITO electrode pattern, and (b) forming an oriented film on the top and bottom surface of the ITO electrode, and rubbing the film in the rubbing table.
