TESTING DEVICES OF LCD PANEL

摘要

The apparatus measures electrical characteristics of liquid crystal display pannel by applying test input signal and analysing detected waveform and voltage level. The apparatus comprises buffers (10,20) for buffering test input signal and response signal, buffer controllers (30,40) for controlling the buffers, an amplifier (50) for amplifying output signals of the buffer, an analog to digital converter (60) for converting analog output signal of the amplifier to digital signal, a microprocessor (70) for generating control signal according to test program, an I/O unit (80) for controlling output signal of the A/D converter and signal transmission to the buffers and a display (90) for displaying test result.
