PURPOSE:To eliminate a clearance formed between a torpedo and a housing using a conventional technique while heat from a manifold or an external heater is allowed to conduct to the torpedo satisfactorily. CONSTITUTION:A torpedo 100 is constituted with a material having a higher coefficient of thermal expansion than that of the material of a housing 200, and a clearance generated between both is blocked by the significant thermal expansion of the torpedo 100 due to resin heat, together with the pressure of resin running, through the torpedo 100. Subsequently, the clearance which would other be present when using a conventional technique is no longer present, and the resin which would stay and deteriorate qualitatively in the clearance is not allowed to contaminate a molded product. Therefore, its cleaning is no longer required and thus the operating efficiency of the molding die is improved. |
