A foundation intended for a house without basement has a peripheral sleeper wall 11 for supporting a floor structure 13, a foundation space 15 which is delimited to the sides by the sleeper wall and is delimited at the bottom by the ground or a covering 16, 17 laid upon the ground, and means for controlled supply and removal of heat-carrying air to and from the foundation space, which over a great part of its horizontal extent cannot be crawled through, but which at a central section of the foundation has a crawl channel 20. This crawl channel constitutes an admission for the water supply lines and an exit for the waste lines, and it has an access opening 22 which can be closed off in an essentially airtight manner. <IMAGE> |
