The subject matter of the invention is an auxiliary device for a machine, the said machine comprising a shifting device 1, attachable thereto, for removing or shifting snow and/or earth. With the shovels of current machines, the walls of buildings or similar structures are often damaged, when snow or earth is being removed too close to the building.
