PURPOSE:To hold almost constant and identical with each other temperatures of roller axial supporting devices by simple constitution, by a method wherein a processing liquid is streamed and applied to a cutting part and the roller axial supporting device and a supply flow to a nozzle for cutting part and nozzle for an axial supporting part is controlled so that a temperature of the streamed down processing liquid becomes an established one. CONSTITUTION:A work 10 is pressed against a wire W wound around rollers 14a-18a, the wire W is run, a processing liquid 32 containing abrasive grains is streamed and applied to a part close to a cutting part and the processing liquid 32 is streamed and applied to axial supporting parts 14b, 14c, 16b, 16c, 18b, 18c also. A processing liquid environmental device possesses the first devices 31a, 44 to 41, 56, 62 controlling a flow to cutting part nozzles 20, 22 so that a temperature of the streamed down processing liquid 32 from a cut part become the first established temperature and the second devices 31b, 31c, 48 to 55, 58, 60, 64, 65 controlling a flow to nozzles 24, 29 for the roller axial supporting part so that the temperature of the streamed processing liquid 32 becomes the second established temperature. |
