PURPOSE:To make the mass-production easier by constituting a pallet in such a manner that at locations which are closer to right and left both ends of a hollow base body, two fork inserting holes are formed to make a pallet main body, and after fitting a fork slipping preventive member on the upper and lower walls of the fork inserting hole, the periphery of the fork inserting port is reinforced by a reinforcing body. CONSTITUTION:A rectangular base body 1, on which ribs 2... are integrally provided by the extrusion molding method, is formed of a thermoplastic resin (PP, PE, etc.). In this case, between the ribs 2 which are located closer to right and left sides of the base body 1, two fork inserting holes 4 are formed in the same direction with the ribs 2, to make a pallet main body. At the time of this extrusion molding, slip preventive straps 3... made of a rubber material are formed in the direction of the ribs 2. Then, after fitting a channel shaped fork slip preventive member 5 made of a rubber, on the top and bottom of the fork inserting hole 4 of the pallet main body, a reinforcing body 6 made of a resin is fitted on both end surfaces of the pallet main body. The reinforcing body 6 has an opening 6'' which fits the fork inserting hole 4, and is fixed to the pallet main body by press-fitting or fixing by rivets, etc. |
