<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate an unnecessary current and to provide a read-only memory in which power consumption can be reduced in the memory in which a fuse element is used as a memory cell. CONSTITUTION:A read-only memory has a first fuse element F1 for storing information to be connected between a high potential side power source terminal and a low potential side power source terminal, and an output terminal (a) connected to an intermediate connection point between the element F1 and the high potential side power source terminal, and comprises a second fuse element F2 provided between the connection point and the high potential side power source terminal. The read-only memory has the element F2 for storing information to be connected between the high and the low potential side power source terminals, and an output terminal (a) connected to the intermediate connection terminal between the first element and the low potential side power source terminal, and comprises a second fuse element F2 provided between the point and the low potential side power source terminal.</p> |
