PURPOSE:To control generation of flashes, by a method wherein flowability of a thermoplastic molding material is improved by compounding at least one kind of at least binuclear crystalline phenolic compounds having with the thermoplastic molding material as a binder, which is molded by changing molding pressure to low pressure from high pressure. CONSTITUTION:In a phenolic resin molding material which is a thermosetting resin molding material, used for machinery parts and motorcar parts and is superior in mechanical strength, heat resistance and electric properties, at least one kind of at least binuclear crystalline phenolic compounds are compounded with the phenolic resin molding material as a binder. The at least binuclear crystalline phenolic compound is a compound which has crystallizability at the normal temperature and a clear melting point, becomes a liquid having low viscosity when it is melted and hardened by reacting with a curing agent such as a hexamethylentetramine, and bisphenol A and bisphenol F are available. A thermoplastic molding material like this is molded so that molding pressure is reduced in stages or continuously to low pressure from high pressure, and desired parts are obtained. |
