The pull-out guide has a support rail (1) attached by a flange to the side of the furniture carcass. A box-shaped pull-out rail (2) has, between it and the support rail, load-bearing castors or slides. The support rail has a vertical ridge protruding into the pull-out rail, and a horizontal flange along which run the castors or slides. The centre of the pull-out rail has pairs of guide rollers (8,9) with vertical and horizontal pivot axles. The axial pins of the cylindrical discs, forming the guide rollers, are each positioned on a profiled member (19) partly enclosing the pull-out rail and possessing an axial length of a few cm.
