PURPOSE:To surely decrease only an acceleration shock while securing a good acceleration property regardless of various kinds of dispersion. CONSTITUTION:In a system decreasing the torque of an engine to decrease an acceleration shock when the deceleration state is changed to the acceleration state, the conversion timing from the driven state to the driving state is grasped when the input/output state of a torque converter is observed, and the torque of the engine is decreased based on this conversion timing.
