<p>PURPOSE:To effectively prevent the adverse influence of a solvent generated by formation of a supporting substrate of a plastic film by interposing an aq. energy ray curing resin layer between the plastic film and a color filter layer. CONSTITUTION:The aq. energy ray curing resin layer 30 is interposed between the plastic film 10 and the color filter layer 20 thereon. The color filter layer 20 consists of filter elements 21 of three colors and black filter elements 25 existing in the boundary regions, for which ink materials of a solvent type are used. A resin material of a water dispersion type prepd. by dispersing water into a resin component or a resin material of a water dissolution type prepd. by dissolving the resin component into water is used for the aq. energy ray curing resin layer 30. This layer is dried after the application and is then subjected to a curing treatment by energy rays. Then, the aq. energy ray curing resin layer 30 intensifies the adhesion of the color filter layer 20 thereon and acts effectively to prevent the adverse influence of the solvent of the color filter layer 20.</p> |
