FLUOROPLASTIC COATED ARTICLE AND PRODUCTION THEREOF

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide a fluoroplastic coated article imparting water repellency, non-stickiness and antistaining properties to a metal base material and having strong bonding properties and heat resistance, to enhance the durability of said article by higher bonding strength as compared with a conventional product and to impart post-processability to the article difficult in postprocessing especially after coating. CONSTITUTION:A fluoroplastic coated article is constituted by coating a metal base material with a mixture of low temp. sinterable ceramics and fluoroplastic and producted by coating the flat metal base material with fluoroplastic and subsequently processing the coated one into a desired shape by press processing or bending processing.
