<p>PURPOSE:To prevent dragging of air in a dissolved resin material and sink mark in a denture base from occurrence, reduce the manufacturing cost and improve the working efficiency. CONSTITUTION:The subject method consists of a resin material dissolving process A and an injection molding process B. In the resin material dissolving process A, the process A consists of a process A1 wherein a synthetic resin material P is filled in a cylinder room 3 while a lower end opening of a cylinder room 3 of a cylinder 1 is closed with a bursting panel 2, a process A2 wherein a synthetic resin material P is dissolved while it is fed in a cylinder room 3 and a process A3 wherein the cylinder room 3 is covered with a material extrusion plate 6 under a condition wherein the synthetic resin material P is dissolved and in the injection molding process B, a cylinder I is placed on a flask case 110 mounted on a molding machine and under a condition wherein the cylinder room 3 is covered by the material extrusion plate 6, this material extrusion plate 6 is pushed down and the burst plate 2 is broken to inject a dissolving resin material P' by break the burst plate 2.</p> |
